Land pooling

Land pooling brings several adjoining holdings together under one agreement so they can be developed as a single parcel, with each owner keeping their title and receiving a share. It is how a project reaches workable scale where holdings are small.

Average holdings in much of India are too small for a single site, so pooling is often the difference between a viable project and none.

It works when every owner has the same terms in writing, in their own language, before anything is signed.
