Ten services

Each has a defined output and can be contracted on its own. Most clients start with one and add the rest once they have seen the work.

Resource assessment and feasibility

Measured irradiance and soiling data for the actual site rather than a regional average, shading analysis, terrain and flood assessment, and a generation estimate with its uncertainty stated.

Land acquisition and permits

The full land scope, from site screening through registered deeds and right of way. Detailed on the land pooling page.

Output: clean possession and permissions on record

Design and engineering

Plant layout that does not shade itself in December, module and inverter selection matched to local temperature and dust, structure design for the site wind loading, cable sizing and single line diagrams.

Output: detailed project report and construction drawings

Equipment supply

Modules, inverters, mounting structures, trackers, transformers, cables and balance of system, procured against a written technical specification rather than a supplier brochure, with factory inspection where it matters.

Output: equipment delivered to site with test certificates

Civil and mechanical works

Site grading, foundations sized to the actual soil rather than a standard assumption, structure erection, module mounting, internal roads, drainage, fencing and site security.

Output: mechanically complete plant

Electrical works

DC and AC cabling, combiner boxes, inverter and transformer installation, earthing and lightning protection, plant control and monitoring systems.

Output: electrically complete plant, tested

Substation and evacuation

Switchyard and substation works, transmission line to the connection point, metering and protection to utility specification, and the right of way for the corridor.

Output: substation built and line ready for charging

Grid connection and approvals

Connectivity and evacuation approval, electrical inspectorate clearance, coordination with the transmission utility through testing, charging and commercial operation.

Output: plant charged and exporting

Operations and maintenance

Cleaning cycles matched to local soiling, preventive maintenance, thermal imaging for hot spots and failing strings, vegetation management, spares holding, and fault response against defined response times.

Output: contracted availability with monthly reporting

Performance measurement, included

Actual output read against what the conditions should have produced, so a genuine fault is separated from a cloudy week, and gradual losses are found before they become a year of lost generation.

What this changes
Air Displaced fossil generation Every unit produced here is a unit not produced by burning coal, which removes carbon dioxide along with the particulates and sulphur that harm people nearby today.
Grid Generation near consumption Power produced closer to where it is used reduces transmission loss and eases the load on stressed corridors.
Land Income without sale Marginal land earns a fixed rent for decades and the owner keeps the asset, instead of selling it once.
Local economy Skilled work that stays Installation is temporary, operations and maintenance is not. A plant needs trained crews for its whole life, hired locally.
Included, not extra

What others leave out

Almost every solar plant underperforms its design estimate, and almost none of the owners can say by how much or why. The data exists in the inverters. What is missing is anyone comparing it to what should have happened.

Soiling builds up gradually. A string fails and the plant keeps exporting, so nothing alarms. A tracker drifts a few degrees. Individually invisible, together a meaningful share of annual generation, and all of it findable if somebody is measuring.

Why we include it

A plant whose performance cannot be verified is worth less to its owner, to its lender and to anyone buying its output. We treat measurement as part of building it properly, which is also why we are willing to contract on availability rather than on effort.
