These projects take time. Land assembly runs on the pace of revenue records and forty separate owners. A wind resource assessment needs a full year of measurement before anyone can size a turbine. A survival count that means anything has to wait for a dry season to pass.
We could fill this page with intentions, renderings and memoranda of understanding. Most sites in this sector do. We would rather it stayed empty and then be worth reading.
