One parcel of land, six things earning on it

Anyone can put panels on a field. What makes a site worth owning for twenty five years is how many revenue streams the same acre carries, and how steadily it can deliver power to the substation.

01 Solar array Generates through the middle of the day. Predictable, fastest to build, and the base of the site.
02 Wind, on the same parcel Often strongest when solar is weakest, early morning, evening and monsoon. Two sources on one lease and one connection.
03 Battery as a service Smooths both sources into a steady feed. This is what turns intermittent generation into power a buyer will contract for.
04 Cattle shed and digester Dung and crop residue become compressed biogas, and the digestate goes back to the field as organic manure.
05 Electrolyser and substation Surplus power that would otherwise be wasted makes green hydrogen. Everything else evacuates through one substation.
06 Water recharge Harvesting structures put monsoon runoff back into the ground, so the land under the plant improves instead of drying out.
AI LAYER Measuring all six Sensors and satellite imagery track output against expected performance, and land and water condition across the parcel. Not a separate product. It runs on every site.
Why one site instead of five. Land, approvals, evacuation and people are the expensive parts, and each of them is paid for once here instead of five times. Solar and wind cover different hours, storage makes the combined output contractable, and the biogas and hydrogen lines earn from what the site produces anyway. The land ends up wetter than it started, which is the opposite of what a conventional plant does to a parcel.

Green energy

What is a hybrid renewable energy site?
A hybrid site puts more than one generation source on the same land, usually solar and wind with battery storage. Solar and wind produce at different times, so combining them raises the hours the site is generating and makes the output steady enough to sell under a firm contract.
What kinds of green energy does BAASLAB build?
Solar, wind, tidal and marine, ethanol, compressed biogas under the GOBARdhan approach, and green hydrogen. Most sites carry more than one of these on the same parcel.
Does BAASLAB only design, or also build and operate?
Both. Land, design, supply, construction, substation and grid connection, then operations and maintenance for the life of the plant. Any single piece can also be taken on its own.
