Public scorecard
We publish our numbers from day one, including the ones that are still zero. A record that only appears once it flatters us is not a record.
Most companies in this sector publish numbers once the numbers are good. That makes every figure in the industry impossible to trust, because you never see the ones that were quietly dropped. We are starting the scoreboard while it is empty, so that everything on it from here is checkable against what came before. The zeros below are the point.

On the ground
The physical work. Everything here is zero or unmeasured today.
- Hectares under signed lease or contract0
- Summed from the project register.
- Sites with work started0
- 0 further sites in development.
- Generation capacityNot yet
- Counted once a site reaches financial commitment.
- Trees planted0
- Counted at planting. This is the denominator for every survival figure.
- Projects publishing measurements0
- Target is every project, always.
- Projects publishing setbacks0
- If this stays at zero while projects exist, stop trusting the rest.
Organisation
People and work.
- Specialists on the expert bench0
- Counted only after a signed engagement. Applications are open.
- Enquiries receivedNot yet
- Published from the first full month of operation.
- Assignments delivered0
- Advisory and project work completed and invoiced.
Published
What exists right now, counted automatically from the site itself.
- Articles published11
- Each carries original data, a mechanism explained, or a primary source citation.
- Services documented with scope and outputs65
- Every sub service states what you receive and what goes wrong without it.
Integrity commitments
The measures we want to be held to, whether or not they suit us.
- Projects with published survival data0
- Target is every project, always.
- Underperforming project pages still online0
- If this ever reads zero while projects exist, stop trusting the rest.
- Figures on this site with a stated source or method100 %
- Every policy claim traced to a primary document. Unverified figures are removed rather than softened.
If a figure here moves without a project page appearing to explain it, ask. If survival data stops being published once a season goes badly, the commitment has failed and you should say so publicly. That is what publishing this is for.
