About BAASLAB

BAASLAB is an India based climate solutions company. We restore degraded land, build green energy generation, and apply AI and IoT to measure what we grow and generate, funded by commercial offtake rather than by grants alone.

The four lines are not a diversification. They are the same operation seen from different angles. Land restoration produces biomass, which becomes energy. Energy plants need advisory to be built correctly, and the same specialists who assess a client site assess ours. Measurement verifies what the land and the plants actually did, and the systems built to do that are useful to anyone else with the same problem.

BAASLAB was founded by people who spent their careers building and delivering technology services, including a white label IT business that continues to operate separately under its own name. That history is relevant for two specific reasons rather than as biography.

The first is that this sector runs on measurement, and measurement is a software problem before it is an ecological one. Tracking survival across thousands of plants, reading satellite imagery over time, monitoring plant output against expected performance, all of it is data engineering, and we have done that work.

The second is that we have built a business that assembles specialists rather than employing all of them, which is exactly the structure the advisory bench needs.

We say this plainly because the alternative reads worse. A climate company that hides an IT past looks like it is hiding something. A climate company that explains why the past is useful is describing a capability.

We are in our first year. There is early traction and there is a long way to go. This site describes a model we are building rather than an empire we have built, and where a page describes something not yet running, it says so on the page.
