These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of baaslab.com (the "Site") and any partnership enquiry you submit to BAASLAB ("BAASLAB", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
BAASLAB operates a white-label enablement network for IT businesses. We connect partners to presales, software development, BAU support, cloud and DevOps, AI, and marketplace infrastructure delivered through our network under the partner's own brand. We are an enabler; we do not assume ownership of a partner's client relationships.
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or restrict access at our discretion.
Submitting an application or enquiry does not create a partnership or any binding commitment. Any partnership, including commercial terms, scope, and the white-label framework, is established only through a separate written agreement following our screening and agreement process.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to BAASLAB and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without prior written permission.
Content on the Site, including blog articles, is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should obtain independent advice before acting on it.
Information exchanged during partnership discussions may be confidential and is handled in line with the terms of any applicable agreement and our Privacy Policy.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAASLAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BAASLAB from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BAASLAB is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
